On many global projects there are sometimes unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that may delay their successful outcome (weather, red tape, technical glitches). Particularly aggravating and costly for the Client, as well as for those directly involved in the smooth operation of the job at hand. However, it creates occasional opportunities to observe and study differing cultures and environments. And while at home waiting for the next assignment, I indulge my passion for photography, fishing, gardening, and seducing unsuspecting guests with my attempts at international haute cuisine in my “galley”.
